Voice of the Child (VOC) Reports offer a developmentally appropriate way to include children’s views in separation and divorce proceedings.

These reports allow children to express what they feel and want adults to understand - without placing them in the middle of conflict or decision-making.

VOC Reports are based on private, age-appropriate interviews with the child. The child’s views are summarized neutrally and respectfully, and presented in a report that can support legal, mediation, or parenting decisions.

This service is often requested when the court, legal professionals, or parents want to better understand a child’s lived experience, wishes, or concerns -particularly in matters involving parenting time or custody arrangements.
